INTERVENTION CENTRE
The Fürth Intervention Centre was created in 2015 in close cooperation with the Fürth city and county police. The female advisers work proactively and provide active support to women who experience domestic abuse or are stalked by ex-partners. The police inform the Intervention Centre about women who are affected by violence, provided these have given their consent, and contacts the victims within three working days. The aim is to get in touch with women affected by violence who are unable to ask for help on their own. The Intervention Centre works in co-operation with the Women Shelter Houses in Erlangen and Schwabach.
